Salon Etiquette

Cancellation Policy:

At The Cottage, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure smooth operations, we kindly request that clients provide their card details when making an appointment. In the event of a late cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time, a 25% charge of the service price will apply. Additionally, for No-Shows, a 50% charge of the service price will be applied. Please note that these charges are discretionary and will be processed accordingly.

 

By booking an appointment you are accepting our cancellation policy.

 

Recording your card details:

A card is required on file to secure your appointment. This card will remain attached to your client profile.

 

Making the appointment:

We use the booking system “FRESHA”. When you book online your card is required to confirm the appointment, if you book over the phone or in person you will receive a text or email for you to follow the prompts to enter your card details.

 

Cancelling and Rescheduling:

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us on 4573 1190 or going online using the FRESHA website or app.

 

For appointments within the 48-hour period prior to your appointment, please refer to our cancellation policy.

 

Late Cancellations and no-shows:

A fee is charged to the card on file if you miss an appointment or cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of the appointed time.

 

Automated Messages:

Do not reply to any text messages as these are from a NO REPLY address & will not be seen.

 

Phones:

Please put them on silent & if you need to talk on the phone please go outside.

 

Attending your appointment:

Please arrive 5-10mins early, this allows time for parking/finding us, to go to the bathroom & to fill out any consultation forms.

 

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals will require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applying.
